About Us

We used to be lifetime insomniacs that couldn’t even dream of getting some quality shut-eye. Because we hadn’t had the chance to dream in the first place! Luckily, our pursuit of better sleep led us to discover a cure for our insomnia. 

In the process, we discovered each other as well. Now, we have combined our knowledge, expertise, skills, and experiences to help others who are plagued by restless nights. We’re well aware that not everyone has the time to study scientific journals.

We’ve taken it upon ourselves to show everyone how fascinating sleep science is. If there’s a new pillow that promises to offer pain relief or a mattress that takes care of your bad back, you can rest assured we’re all over that.

Everyone is different. Not everyone prefers the same pillow, mattress, or sleep style. But everyone needs rest.

Our goal is to show the world the value of a good night’s sleep. We do our best to bring you tried and true tips on how to sleep better, comprehensive and unbiased mattress reviews, great mattress deals, and everything else that has to do with the realm of rest.

We did not acquire our knowledge overnight. Every member of our team has done their fair share of research. We consulted with experts on what it takes to get a good night’s sleep, the science behind the mysterious process, and how it can improve our daily lives.

Our assumptions were affirmed more and more as our research progressed. Proper rest is one of the key ingredients to a happy and healthy life. My Sleep Bot team created in-depth guides to help others reap all the benefits the land of dreams has to offer.
